I do not accept any privacy-infringing focused donation methods because of two things;
Don't get me wrong, I am not ungrateful if you wanted to donate me via other methods, for example PayPal, Debit, etc., but I cannot reconcile that with my conscience.
The problem is that every donation would be processed through a third party like Click & Pledge. This again would make each platform collect data about who donated what. This can be avoided by using more private methods, like Bitcoin and other crypto-currencies.
